4WD hardware Thanks...pics
A huge thanks to 4WD Hardware and to Eddie for air comppressor give away!
This has been sitting in my garage for a little while now waiting on me to merge it with my Jeep. Well I finally managed some time this weekend to get it installed. The intallation is nothing complicated but does take time and patience.
I mounted the tank onto my custom tire carrier leaving me plenty of floor space

The compressor was installed under the hood utilizing a bracket that 4WD Hardware sent along with the kit. It's a great fit!

Although I was looking for some trick install of the gage and "on/off" switch I did take the easy way and mounted it to the center dash

Because of my selected mounting locations I did use ALOT of 12g wiring and air line. Now for the test...I deflated one of my tires (38.5" Pitbull Mad Dog radial) to 5 PSI. With a full tank it took me 5 1/2 min. to fill it up to 26PSI. A very respectable time! Once again, Thanks to everyone involved with this give away.
