70th Anniversary Edition - Photos ?
good luck with the new toy.
Thanks for the comments. I realize that this jeep isn't to everyone's liking but it works perfect for my family, especially considering this replaced a 2005 Saturn Vue 4cyl 2WD.
I'm not sure if the shifter would fit 2009's. I'm not familiar with the '09's. Do you have any photos for comparison?

Then I thought I better check my window sticker one more time . . . and there they were listed "Mopar entry guards" So now I need to get back to the dealer and pick them up (assuming they don't fight with me about it)Side note: You should probably take the standard berber floor mats out from under the rubber all weather ones. I just picked those up too, they are awesome with the new and CJ2 tread on them

Looks Great. Congrats. I'm loving my 70th...and the black leather looks so good.
How are the Duratrac's? Is the sizing good? I'm looking into replacing my tires, but I want to keep my factory rims. I really like the way they look with the black paint. I don't know what the backspacing is on them though.

I've only driven 100 kms on the Duratracs but so far so good. I love the aggressive look of them and they ride very smooth. I can't compare to the stock tires though as I had the dealership swap the wheels/tires before I took delivery. The 295/65/18 is approx 33.1" x 11.8" and the wheels are 18x9 with 5" backspace. The dealership said they rubbed the splash guard before they trimmed it down. I haven't experienced any rubbing on-road, even at full-lock.
The backspacing on the factory wheels should be 6.25" so anything slightly wider than the stock 255 and you'll most likely rub. Get some 1.5" spidertrax spacers and you should be good to go with that same tire size (or equivalent 33" tire sizes)
- I agree I don't think I could do the green leather with anything but a black exterior.
- I did finally get my mopar door sill plates installed from the dealer. They definitly add a nice touch.
- Also got a few things ordered, Delta Skybar, Poison Spyder Evap Skid, Mopar Winch assy. Kit. But now I have to decide on a winch. . . I've already decided on mounting it inside the factoy bumper upside down and hiding it as best as possible. Just don't know which will be the best for this plan yet.
I love my 70th!!!!!!!
Oh and my neighbor came home with a Unlimited CRD yesterday . . . I was a bit jealous. He's an intern for Chrysler this summer.
