I have a gloss black JK and did OD green Trekarmors and love it.

I went through the metal under the bumper too. No vibrations.

Got'cha, that makes more sense. Did you have to use any spacers or anything where the gap between plastic and metal was?

Have any more pictures you could show me of how to mount it?

Well I ordered some tan plasti dip. Should be here Friday. I'll be applying it to the light bar brackets for now. I got 6 cans coming so what else could I coat?? Maybe the plastic on the front bumper under the light bar?
