Default AEV Snorkel Installed!

Got my snorkel that i bought from David @ Northridge4x4 installed today. Took me quite a while but most of the time was wasted going back and forth to walmart looking for tools. if you're gonna do this mod to a stock hood.... be sure you have a cutting wheel of some type a sawzall just wont do it LoL. I'll get a couple pictures of the install up after a bit.

Really nice, Dave! Are we going to get a close-up at Disney this weekend?

Nice! Did you even remove the hood at all or just put a sheet down?

Finished job looks good. Thinking of getting one myself if they finish with a ram-air.

Cheers

Nice work, Dave. Been looking for pics of one installed on a black 2dr ragtop. I have a Dremel tool that I plan on using to trim away between the hole-sawed circles. Reckon this will trim that sheet away with a cutting disc (37,000rpm)?
