I installed the rear Metalcloak arms tonight. Pretty straight forward although I'm not real sure how you tighten the jam nuts on the rear uppers. They are flush with the frame rail. Oh well, at least I know it won't move. I used the standard MC lengths but I think I am going to sacrifice a little pinion angle to rotate the axle forward. I could use a little less bow in the coils. Should not be a problem once I get the new drive shaft on.

It still has the rough country bracket and stock track bar, so probably not. The passenger side has room to tighten it, driver doesn't. I think if the axle slid over any, it might reverse. I think it is more likely the angle the joint went in, so I'm hoping that it will recenters itself as I drive. If not, I will have to diagnose and possibly tear down again.

Finished some work on the front end tonight. Removed the drop pitman arm and frame side drop track bar bracket from the rough country lift. Replaced it with the synergy track bar and axle side high steer bracket. Lined everything back up with the synergy flip kit. So the front end is completely swapped over from rough country and stock components to Synergy components.

Also ordered up the next round of stuff. Synergy sector shad brace and rear track bar, truck lites, factor 55 hawse and flat link, artec armor kit, LOD front, rear and sliders. Picking up my 37" trail graps next week to go with my anthracite fuel trophy wheels. It's coming together nicely.

Been a while since I posted. That would be because I haven't done much since I bought the GC to drive as my dd. I did get the front end all fixed up.
