Try shooting a PM to member HolyMolyRacing. If I recall correctly, he had an 6.0 LS2 with a magnacharger on top, and it fit fine. Pics from the build at Off Road Evolution are in the gallery at project-jk.com.

If you're really serious, try calling some of the custom shop sponsors on the Forum like ORE, SLC, or COP4x4, I'm sure they could hook you up.

Either way, I'm pretty sure it won't be street legal. Without an engine of the same year or later, by the same manufacterer, you won't pass smog, and you'll need a new computer, and probably won't keep any ABS or ESP function.

Good luck!

Thanks alot for the feedback it will deffinetly help but the issue being is that im in dubai and there are LIMITED shops that could do this build the only reason im considering it is because iv got the engine for almost no cost at all. it will have to take some thinking.

The problem with the LS7 is that you'll have find some additional space to mount the dry sump oil tank, unless you go through the hassle of trying to convert it back to wet sump.

TBH I'd sell the LS7 to someone who wants to put it in a street car, and find something more appropriate for the Jeep.

(I have an LS7 in my on-road toy)

i actually got a nice offer from a friend who wants to install it in a FUN project that he's building, and he is willing to pay good money for it. so if this doesn't work out ill be selling it to him.
