gunna be getting my BFG KM2s 35x1250xR15 on some soft 8s. noticed a lot of guys just toss the chrome"ish" center cap. anyone paint that cap and leave it on? i was thinking about doing that center cap red and leaving it...... anyone do anything like that?

 

i just took it off and painted over where thecap would go so it matches with the rims and you dnt see that little bit of rust orange

 

Painted over the hub I'm assuming? I'll be putting my cragars on in the next day or so and have been debating running without caps, or getting some caps. I kind of like the no cap look. Wouldn't happen to have a picture would you?

 

I run without caps, but didn't think to paint the hub. I thought paint might make it hard to get the nut off... Then again, rust will too and it's rusty already.

 

i'll try to get a pic up here asap. but yea just used a can of rust-o-leum and it looks so much better
