That is the way it comes, painted like that.
My wife noticed right off when the HUGE box showed up. She then said."Don't you need a winch also to go with this? It would look better with one...."
No, she isn't being nice, she has a saddle she wants to buy and now I have no choice.

Think Ill just get the plate that covers the hole. A lot cheaper.
