no way that is not peeling off i already mashed the rear pass door with some steel and it held up just the way it should... i transport a lot of stuff sometimes and stuff is always banging around they are holding up perfect

 

holy mother! man u get the b@lls award for that mod! i hate the cheap plastic interior our JK's came with, scratches in seconds. but again, HOLY MOTHER!

 

yea thats mostly the reason i did it the plastic interior is so cheap scratches really easy and i have to cats and all the hair always sticks to the plastic doors... now it has no place to stick too no static

I also thought he meant the metal part on the doors. I don't think I would do this, but I think it looks much better in person it shouldn't be as shiny.

 

Man im sorry, I hope i dont sound like a d!ck, but I have to agree with some of the others when I say thats the ugliest mod ever seen. At least if you ever do want to change it back ya can get new skins, but like ya said it serves a purpose and it works for you, so my hats off to ya for having the balls to try it.

 

hahaha your reasoning is that you beat on them and dont want them to look bad...as if to say making them look like they are caked with tar will in some way preserve them to the state of "looking good"??? I'm sorry, id like to say "if you like it, thats all that matters"..but thats like telling a toddler it's fine for him/her to go in public with their soiled diaper on backwards.
