Depends on what you want. If you want full soft doors you only have one choice, BestTop, and they are a poor choice from what I've read. Poor fit and finish and you really have to tweak them to get them to fit and use a bungee cord to keep the uppers from separating from the Jeep while going down the road.
If you want half doors, there are a few companies to choose from like factory or Rugged Ridge.
Tons of tube doors.

I had the Bestop Softies.. uppers and lowers.

They are great for keeping out low flying birds and rocks, but not much more. I was able to get them tweeked to the point that they didn't flutter, but ended up trading them for a set of Rugged Ridge half doors with soft uppers which a head-and-shoulders above the Bestops.

But if that doesn't float your boat, I prefer the smitty bilt tube doors. We have a Jeeper that rolls around here with those year round and loves them.

I have Warrior tube doors, they keep the wind sheer down enough to make them worth while.
