Default Billet grille inserts???

Should I get black or brushed aluminum grille for my Jeep? I have a black Rubicon and the chrome will look good with the the letters and my lights, but the rest of my jeep is blacked out and the black would be easier to clean after off roading. Any suggestions? Pics maybe from someone who has either? Thanks I really appreciate,

Steve

Definitely black. Chrome is for motorcycles.

Or better yet - make your own! It's WAY cheaper and looks great. There's a DIY thread here on the forum on how to do it. I did mine for about $25 total.

On your Jeep, I would definitely go black, since you already have the blackout thing going. I have a black Rubicon, and I was considering a mesh grille too. I actually wish they'd make something like a titanium finish. I'd like a little contrast on my Jeep, but no way am I going chrome.

I agree. I'm not a huge chrome fan (as you can tell) but I feel like you wouldn't be able to see the black which brings the question of why get it? A titanium finish would be sweet though!

I'm getting black for my black jeep. Hide all that mess behind the grille.
