Oh they exist alright, but it's def. photoshop. I know because I made it years ago. here's the original. so rest easy, it doesn't exist in real life.

I'm pretty sure the wagon wheels is photoshop also, can't see how you can turn the wheels with the tire against the front bumper. Looks like they need to photoshot a stubby on the front to make it look more realistic.
