Bobtail!
After having to bypass obstacles like Rock Chucker and others for fear I'll rip my tire carrier off, I finally decided to go bobtail and put everything in the tub, e.g. spare, Hi-Lift, C02, recovery gear.
I added a Poison Spyder "Tramp Stamp" to relocate the license plate and a pair of AEV corner guards for added protection (I got into the left rear flare and paint last month on Chinaman Gulch - so these are a welcome addition).
I love the bobbed look, I've dramatically improved my departure angle and -get this!- I saved 215 pounds in the process (rear seat = 73 pounds; OR-Fab carrier = 60 pounds; pair of 5-gal Jerry cans filled with gas = 82 pounds). Free horsepower.

Thanks guys.
PK, the Tramp Stamp is 49 bucks. Comes in black anodized aluminum and covers not only the ugly vent in the tail gate, but all the threaded bosses left over from removal of the stock tire carrier.

My Hi-Lift is held in place with River Raider's ingenious jack mount.

I sourced billet clamps for my Ultimate Air #10 C02 and, after taking my bottle off the tire carrier, it sits on the right sport bar spar (you can see the empty bottle bracket in two of the photos).
