Soo all of this hard earned money and a stupid mistake cancels it out. I received my 35 spline shafts from Northridge a lot faster than I thought I would..and inside of the box are 2 brand new inner axle seals. Awesome. The arb and 5.13 gears I paid to have set and done professionally have to be pulled back out, new inner seals installed, and then reinstall and set gears. Money blown because of a dumb mistake and a HUGE lack of information on the 35 spline setup on the internet.
PLEASE BE AWARE..As obvious as it is and sounds..I couldn't get a straight answer until too late [mostly because I asked all the wrong folks.] YOU NEED NEW INNER AXLE SEALS FOR 35 SPLINE SHAFTS. Don't make my mistake.
A huge thank you to Dave at Northridge for getting me straight and helping me with this project. Carl from JT was also awesome.

Well once I get this straightened all out and done, I'll be heading there to try it all out. We can head up in a group or something. Have you been there yet?

Picture of rear setup
Had new inner axle seals installed in the d44, but on the way home from dropping it off, my rear right axle bearing finally went out from driving on a bent flange for a months.

Front d44 axle is in and ready to roll, minus fluids and some grease
Now waiting for new rear shafts to come so I can drive the jeep with the new axle. Looks like I'll be starting the rear axle build ahead of schedule.

Rear axle shafts have now been upgraded:
Nitro Gear Chromoly Units
Here's a shot of my bent rear axle flange next to straight one:
Got the jeep moving again, but finally the rear stock driveshaft gave up the ghost. New one with spicer ujoints has been ordered..should be here soon.
