Why did you go to 37s? Any pics when you had the 35s?

Just like the look of 37's and it adds more clearance. Click image for larger version

The front , no problems : the rear; have Currie lower spring retainers- discs trimmed to clear rubbing on AEV springs and Teraflex upper 1/4 inch spacer guides to guide spring back in place. Never had a problem.

I cant get the pics any bigger. It wont let me click on them. Thank though.

Do the 35 vs 37 drive any differently on the street? Or do they feel about the same?

Any current pics with the 37 so we can compare?

Got pics of both on my profile. Ride isnt much difference. In the future I might go with an upgrade in steering. Maybe hydraulic.

Congrad's Looks really good, you are going to like the way it wheels. I can do (so far) all the very hard trails (Black Diamond) in my neck of the woods with out any difficulty with this tire and lift combo. Look forward to more action shots!

Sorry to dig up an old thread but some things have changed with the AEV "Premium" kits. They changed out the cam bolts with brackets to utilize the old control arms. They call it the AEV DualSport kit now.

Apologize in advance for the 20 questions. But I'm sure others will benefit from this info too.

Would you guys stil recommend the front LCA's from RockKrawler over AEV's new bracket design instead of the cambolts?

I plan on going with the AEV 4.5" DualSport Premium Kit and 35" KM2s. This is my DD, anyone have gas mileage to report with similar setups?

What gears are you guys running? Mine is stock with a manual, thinking regear to 4.88 is needed.

Is anything else needed when going to the 4.5"? I saw SL added their custom driveshaft... and c gussets?

ScreamingLizard- You guys are awesome, I wish I lived in Texas! I'd have you guys pimp my Jeep too

I also have a SprintBooster, Banks Cai & exhaust however. I didnt need a front driveshaft all I did was trim the transmission skid plate. Everything works as it should. My mpg did drop from 19 to 14 on the avg. That is mainly due to the gearing & 35's. I would recommend doing front inner sleeves & c gussets for added insurance & peace of mind. I plan on doing c gussets & inner sleeves when money is available. As far as the rear goes I will probablly add some chromoly inners when money is available also. There is nothing extra needed when installing the AEV kit. Some others & myself have added extra things just cause. Overall I think you will be more than satisfied with the kit like myself & others are.
Any recommendations on where to get the inner sleeves and c gussets? Offroad Evolution?
