The actual powdercoating won't take much time at all, but a lot of shops are around a 1 week turnaround.

Take you time grinding and sanding all the metal really smooth. It's worth the extra work!

alright all finished up just gotta sand down all the gritty and it can be powdercoated

gonna look at some shops tomorrow.

What size are those D-shackles? Can't tell but if they are 5/8" you might want to go with 3/4".

i gave it to the powdercoaters and i should have it back this comming friday

its amazing the choices of powdercoat out there, i thought there would only be black but imagine me getting back a shiny semi reflective pink bumper



i ordered coarse black tho

im liking the look and i mounted and installed everything as soon as i got it back home

all in all i spent $250 on the mats and processes involved

Thats a pretty cool lookin bumper you got there man. Very nice and I loved your model. I thought I was the only one who did that..lol
