Clevis Mounts
I figured that $100 was way too expensive to buy crappy brackets. My PJ bumper was purchased used from cruiser1027.
I don't have the original pics here, how ever I sand blasted the bumper and powder coated it a textured black.
The mount in the photo is 304 stainless. They took a few hours to design and to make a fixture to cut out. I should have it TIG welded tomorrow if time permits. Anyhow, you can get an Idea of what they will look like on the vehicle.

Yeah they will probably last longer than the Jeep itself....

I will post finished pics over the weekend.

This has taken me a while, you can see my 35s in the first photo, the welded clevis mount in the second.

This is how a good TIG weld should look, 1/4" of penetration using a 300A welder. There's actually two overlays for strength.
