That thing sounds pretty cool. I have a Max Axe that I bought way back when for about 79 dollars and I see now they go for 229 dollars. Always good to have good tools along for the trail rides.

Have you put the tool to any serious use yet? I'm curious to see if its as sturdy as the designer claims it to be.

I have used the serrated edge to saw through a small tree branch (about 2" to 2 1/2" diameter") Worked pretty well. Not as fast as a real saw, but in a pinch I was happy with it. I now keep a pocket chainsaw in the jeep, cuts through most wood like butter:

I have also dug a few holes, and pounded some stakes into the ground. Over all it's pretty durable. There are better tools out there for each individual function, but to have all of them in one tool makes up for it and in my opinion was worth the price of admission. Although the bottle opener doesn't work all that great. It's at a weird angle and doesn't really grab the bottle top. I'm going to file it a little and that should take care of it. Small issue, but I thought I'd share.

Still trying to figure a way to mount it. If anyone has any ideas on how to attach it to the rear angled sport bar, I'm all ears.
