Looks good. Looks like you're installing bigger than stock lights in there. Maybe it's just the pic. If so though I like the idea. Good job.

Looks pretty good. How much do you have into it money wise?

How did you cut the circles for the lights so good. Did you make this? Looks good. I hope to be good enough to make something like this.

i used trm. they laser cut and bent all the parts. a waterjet will do the same thing. i'm working on a rear mid width bumper that uses a blank bumper form i picked up. i'll also will rotate the e-swaybar unit up and then make the skid plate. you can see the skid plate mount holes on the bumper.

here's the cad model of the front bumper.

this is the winch i will be using. for what i need it for it should have more then enough power
and well under a hundred pounds.

I would seriously consider at least an 8k winch...

there are many choices out there if cost is an issue, i prefer my RECON winch due to the cost/3yr coverage 10.5k with sythentic line (one of the lightest winches on the market) and all under 500...

Nice model. I have been modeling a new one for myself in AutoCAD, the only problem is the ol' imagination. I keep changing it and changing it. I may have to model the whole Jeep to ever realize what it's going to look like.
