A few pictures of my homemade safari kayak rack. Made from 1 1/2 .095 tubing. Easy on off in five minutes.

You drilled down through the OEM rear bumper and attached to the frame? Bolted to the frame or body? Did you remove the rear bumper?

Took off the bumper and made angle brackets and welded them to the original bumper brackets, bolt brackets back on the frame and then slide bumper in and bolt up. Yes powder coated in a desert black texture finish. The back hoop is two piece as it would not fit in my oven.
