Whats the proper way to apply decals? Do you wet down the vehicle so the decals will slide a little to put in proper place?

You can do that, I believe you'd use soapy water and a squeegee once it's in the proper place. I typically measure and put masking tape where everything needs to line up and then just carefully stick it on. Use a credit card to squeeze out any bubbles

use soap and water if you don't have the confidence you will get it straight in one shot. Personally I always use soap and water....spray Jeep and back of decal. position where needed, then use a cc or squeegee to smooth out all air bubbles. Wait for a while for the water to evaporate before trying to peel the outer paper off.
