So the Rubi has finally arrived and I am preparing it to the long expedition, but last week I was comming home when stopped behind this truck, the scene was so weird I took the picture :-)

It does look like a great trip. Are you taking it this year? I'm planning to head to Alaska next year.

 

Yes Mark, my trip begins in June and still have no date to finish.

Thanks for the invitation but, I'm stuck in the Middle East for quite a while. I truly hope you and your son enjoy the trip. I have had my share of international adventures but, have not been lucky enough to share them with my son. We have had to limit our joint adventures locally to the Rocky mountains. He just turned 15 this year and I have high hopes we can enjoy many trips in the future as you and your son have.

 

That is absolutely awesome. I'll bet that you get plenty of company along many of the legs... Keep us updated, and stay safe.
