Default DIY front bumper mod: Any other pics

Are there any other pics of this DIY front Bumper mod? I couldn't find any more pics in the frofile or any other info. Has anyone else done this?

It just looks like the factory bumper with the plastic overlay removed.

If that is something you're interested in, you should just simply remove the 4 bolts (or so) that hold the plastic bump onto your actual bumper and you're set.

it looks a lot nicer than just removing the plastic. looks like the holes were filled in edges trimmed, and some shiny black paint applied.

I had my plastic cover off today. Definately some cutting, grinding and hole filling.

That was my first 'custom' bumper. It was just a big piece of 1/4" steel bolted to the factory mounts. It went in the scrap heap a long time ago.

That looks real nice. I wacked the ends off of mine.

Ditto on the rear.
