Default door storage

Hey guys. new here...

I have a 09 jk unlimited and I take my doors off every chance I get. I'm looking for the best way to store my doors. I don't like the store bought versions where you hang the door from the frame...seems a bit like a dumb idea considering the door wasn't meant to be held in the air like that!

I talked to some friends who said they use eye-hooks and just drop the door in therer like a hinge...but I'm just wondering if anyone has fabricated something similar I can build off of?

Again, just looking for some kind of simple door-hinge or eye-hook set up to hang my doors from while they'reo off my jeep. I live in canada so as much as the summer gets warm...it can drop down to pretty cold temperatures by the NEXT day so my doors are always going on and off !

I have gotten some good use out of those large eye hooks that screw into roof joists in the garage. I just hang the doors on those and use a small strap to hold them in place in case of strong winds or whatever.

Nice and easy if it starts raining, pull into the garage put the doors back on

Just built mine in the garage. Note: if you live in California and own a house that was built by some stupid company, do not rely on your studs being 16 inches apart! Good thing I found the studs before drilling.
