Just to let everyone know this project is still in progress but is held up by the powdercoater again for the manifolds and the t case yokes that need to go to a machine shop for modification(the yokes i may get this coming this week)

I have gotten the undated belt tensioner for the ls accessory drive and have installed most of the drive with great success. Also ran the modified engine harness onto engine and installed computers and gm power box on the cab along with the cab harness.

Once i get the following parts mounted on, the body will be reinstalled-then the real progress will be made!

Exhaust manifolds and shields,
Arb airlines front and rear,
Vent lines to tcase axles and trans all ran to air box,
Evap relocate kit installed.
Water temp sending unit for jk guages(the engine also has the gm sensor for its computer)
Oil pressure sending unit for jk guages(same problem)
Tach sensor for jk computer(without this pulse signal, the a/c and altinator wont work.)
Minor cabling dress up applied(wire routing and loom)

Well i may not be posting much but progress is still being made.

Got the power steering lines ran after PSC pump was modified and installed.

The new belt tensioner system from Motech worked out great(it locates the 3.8 tensioner onto the 5.3)

Got all the vent, fuel, electrical and brake lines ran to rear and dressed up. Been working on the front brake lines to calipers and mounting the remote reservoir onto the shocks in front.

Test fitted front springs. Needs axle adjustments performed pronto.

The tcase 1410 front yoke that i had machined to fit the jk splines didnt fair well at machine shop, the ujoint cup retaining tab on one side busted off in the lathe so prolly gonna have to get another one and start over.

The only unexpected problem is the water pump pulley is touching the electric fan motor. Gotta fix that issue!

Still got alot to do. Make all the connections, modify the interior harness for the chevy 6 spd tap shift and gas pedal, then the a/c system.

Have driveshafts and exhaust system made.

Troubleshoot any issues that arrise. Should be fun
