yeah, definately get your frame checked out, my buddy's TJ got rear ended at around 45 mph and it didn't really look like much damage, but his frame was bent.

 

Sorry about the accident, Skippman, that sucks. Good to hear that everyone is okay. From the look of the Liberty, I would expect to see far more damaged on your JK. Your Expedition One rear bumper saved your JK's arse

Wow... That's amazing... The front of the Liberty shows the amount of force that plowed into your back bumper! Be sure to have your frame checked - newer bumpers are designed to crumple and absorb some of the crash energy - but in the case of heavy duty bumpers like these, they usually won't give much being fairly rigid - thereby transferring crash forces to whatever item they're connected to - aka your frame. While there may not be visible damage, a body shop will be able to assess if the frame took any damage as well.

Glad to know you were ok. It's a bummer nonetheless.
