Anyone cut their painted fenders? I'd love to see pics! Thinking of doing mine....

That is a great looking chop! What did you use to make the cuts? Any flaking or chipping of paint along the cuts?

What size lift/tires do you have on your Sahara now?

I used the dual saw, its a great tool for this and it cuts like butter. No chips because the fenders are plastic, but you can use a regular side saw just mask your cut real good with blue painters tape and have a steady hand, it tool me a while to decide what I wanted to cut and I practiced a lot on the edges first till I felt I could tackle the job. I love mine and I was able to keep the entire support for the front fender!
