As anybody done this mod without removing fender from Jeep and not removing inside fender? If so do you have any pics? I hear that you don't have to remove the inside fender and supports. Once you trim the fender you just cut away the excess inside material.

 

I cut the flare in it but took the insides out. You could do it with them in as well depending on what tools you have.

 

when i trimmed mine i left the fender and the supports on the vehicle. the liner has to come out to trim it properly. its reasy to take out and put back in though. once you do the first one and get it the way you like it the rest will be easy.
