Finally made the Jump!
Hey all, I realize this is small potatoes to everyone but myself but I had to annouce that I traded in my Silver 07 Sahara Unlimited today for a 09 Sunburst Orange Rubicon Unlimited. Man I love this thing!!!
I'll tell ya, maybe I'm imagining things but the uphill drive home seemed noticeably different in my Rubi with 4.10's than my Sahara with the 3.21's.
Anyways just wanted to yell it out to everyone that I'm now a proud new owner of a Rubicon (finally - they weren't available in my area when I got my Sahara. Although I loved my Sahara and I hope it serves someone else well.
It was dark when I got back from the Stealership but here is a pic o' my my stock Rubi in my dimly lit garage.

Oh and anyone who checks out the pic. I would like your opinion about whether I should replace the silver "Rubicon and Wrangler" decals with identical black decals. I was thinking it might look more uniform with the black accents already present on the Jeep. Thanks guys and gals!
Yeah my wife likes the silver decals as well... just thought keeping all and any accents black would keep it more uniform. But I'm still on the fence.
Yeah and as far as upgrades go I had already saved $2k for a 3.25" Rough Country lift, 35" MTR Kevlars and new 17" black steel Pro Comp wheels for my Sahara I just traded.
I just need another $1K and I'll be ready to rock and roll but I'm now thinking bout saving another $600 and going with a 4" Rancho lift with the 9000 adjustable shocks. After that it'll be a new front bumper and some lights
