Default Finally Stubbied my bumper.

I finally took the plunge and followed TinMan's write up. I was worried I'd mess it up - but it was easy. Still have to coat it.

Got 4 temporary screws holding the ends on until I can plastic weld the joint - don't want the rivets. Then I'll fill those holes. Just a temporary until I can afford a better bumper. Next is cutting my painted fenders and snorkel.

Thanks for the click free. It's a work in progress - I only had semi gloss paint.
I'm going to finish it this weekend . Thanks for the kudos. It really is that easy - I strayed from Tin mans and cut the whole thing with a jigsaw. Eliminated the - keeping the nuts. Mine is held on with the 2 bumper mounted lights and the Tow hooks. SOLID.

Mod is that easy - I only had gloss paint. I sprayed my temporary screws. I intend to plastic weld and final coat it this weekend.

Just Bedlined the bumper. Will plastic weld and 2nd coat this weekend. Now if only those beer cans weren't there as crush cans - I could add D-Rings.
1000 posts - and I don't know. How do I do click free. I can build you a house or furniture - but I'm puter illiterate.
