First Dent!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAHHHHHH!
I'm crying inside.
Took the jeep off trail in the ozarks mountains (arkansas) today and tore it all to shit.
Tree limb came up and dented drivers door. Ended up in tight mudded brush and scratched the jeep up all to hell.
Was fun at the time but looking back probably a bad Idea..
That dent will annoy me every time I look at the jeep.
Maybe I'll go trade it off on a new one

Aside from tearing the underbody to all heck... my first real bad cosmetic "mod" was having a REALLY tight trail and having to stick to driver's side to avoid some big limbs on the passenger side... but there was still 1 big limb on driver's... and it cut through the paint all the way along the body of the Jeep. I was sick to begin with, but the trail opened up to a bunch of fun on the other side... so it was worth it in the end. Makes me want to line-x the whole exterior of the Jeep though. haha

Well it all started with some old logging roads as you make your
way out there are side trails that used to be used but have grown up as they wait for more tree growth or whatever?
Well there was one that according to the logging map had some water crossings and what we heard from word of mouth was some mud holes and light rock.
All of this and more was on the other side but everything was pretty tight, just old enough baby trees and foliage to be about 1" to 3" thick so when it hits the side of your jeep and makes its way down the side it tears it up.
I will post some pics on my album because I seem to have no luck posting them in threads.

Looks like you had fun, and when it gets done to it, that's all that matters. You only live once and your JK isn't gonna last forever, neither are you, so even though it hurts to get new stuff banged up, realize that you weren't hurt and things can always be worse. Fix it the best you can and move on, we all love our JK's here, but there are more important things to worry about. Have fun out there and enjoy it to it's fullest potential. BTW , I replaced my frt windsheild 3 weeks after I bought it.
