Fixed the bikini flap!
Got the bikini top, duster, and wind jammer installed last weekend! Really like the way it looks, BUT the flapping against the sound bar was driving me insane! Here is my solution using 1/2" PVC pipe, 2 tee's and 2 elbows. I painted it with flat black Krylon and covered it with pipe insulation! Works great and "no more flap"!
Here she is!

Flap fix. I just place this on top of the sound bar with the smaller "kicked out" section facing the rear of the jeep. It is held in place by the bikini top straps that attach to the sound bar. I installed the pipe insulation first and then glued every thing together!

Nice. Do you just lay the piece on top of the sound bar after the bikini is in place? I just bought pipe insulation and tucked it in between the plastic of the sound bar and steel cross bar. Would like something a little more finished though.
I tried just stuffing some pipe insulation on top of the sound bar first, but the flapping was so bad that it wouldn't stay in place. This fits right along the leading edge of the sound bar and stays put! I added a couple of 1" straps around the sound bar for good measure!

I always keep a light weight jacket in the Jeep for those chilly nights. Recently. I rolled it up and stuffed it up there. For me it kills two birds with one stone. Of course if I get cold, I will have to deal with the flapping!
