Does water come straight onto the engine with hood when it rains, etc? looks like it would.

The hoods do NOT arrive painted. They arrive in the same condition a new OEM hood would. To me it didn't matter since my original hood was smashed in an accident.

wow that thing looks great you convinced me to go 35's and i suppose a chip and intake would help with any power loss

PS, don't order your Trail Rated badge from Quadratec. The one they sell is not the one the JK has.

You know, I couldn't tell you. I do know that I was never able to use 6th, even before the new tires were installed. I forget it is even a 6 speed. It really isn't bad to drive though.
