Here is my OR-Fab hoop bumper with recessed winch mount. Hoop has two tabs already there for two lights, still waiting for money for lights and winch.

I like this bumper too. Can the lights mount on the hoop downwards?

Yea not sure if they are for sale yet. I called them directly and worked out a deal and pre-ordered one. I got mine in july and think I was one of the first to receive and bolt it on. I actually first saw it on the northridge website. It is a top notch bumper highly recommend it

I purchased my bumper in bare steel and painted it myself. It weighs about 60-65lbs, it's stout and bolts right up. Pretty good looking bumper.
