Ft. Luaderdale Jeep Fest pictures! Plus one surprise... That I got from it.
Here are several pictures that I took while I was at the Ft. Lauderdale Jeep Fest. A bit on the random side.
Now here's the coolest picture of all...
I went to this show hoping to catch an eyeful of new ideas and to see other peoples rigs.
I've never been to a Jeep gathering my whole life. So I had no idea what to expect.
My girlfriend and I were very tired at around 2pm and the awards and such weren't going to be handed out until 3:30pm. We decided that it was only a little bit longer until we found out what the favorites were.
I think that the announcements for winners had been going on a bit before we got back to the show (mainly because we were eating across the parking lot at a restaurant in Bass Pro Shops.
Well just we sat down near the stage when all of a sudden I heard the announcer call out the number that the gave me to put on my Jeep.............................................. ..................................
I was like "
WHAH??? ME???
and this is what they gave me....
I got 2nd place in the trail ready stock category!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't believe it!!!!!!
I just went there for the scenery and ended up going home with a trophy!!!!
