Default More Mods

Yesterday I got more mods installed. Got the Full Traction track bars, coils, and drop pitman installed. We also put a new steering knuckle on, because of how you taper and move the drag link to the top for the RE kit. I drive to fast... I normally drive 75-85mph on the freeway. Last night everybody was speeding so I got to push the JK a little. It drove very nice at 85mph+++. I drove the fastest I have driven it since it was stock and it drove great. I will get pics soon.

What shocks are you running? I have Full Traction 4" springs, which are a little stiffer than my previous OME springs, and OME LT shocks and it seems to complete the ride quality very nicely. I'm sure the long arms are even smoother riding.

I have bilstein on it for now. They are the same I had with the RE kit.
Hopefully I will put some longer ones on it soon.

"My jeep was originally bought for my wife and started its life as a mall crawler"

I wont lie I'm in the same situation. The wife drives the JK most of the time as I drive the F-350 .I had a hard'on to get a lift ASAP and a local shop had the RE kit in stock and on sale so i bought it. No regrets as it works very well right now for me, but as soon as the wife gets a new ride in a few years I think I will go to a Full traction or equivalent lift.I also kind of wish I went with a stubby bumper,so I could go with the EVO fenders, man I need to build another JK.....

Hanson your rig is looking very good keep us up to date. I will be keeping eye on your info. Thanks

Thanks, I hope you find another JK, building is almost as fun as driving. When you get ready to do your lift go with the Full Traction. It is made in the US, 4-link front and rear, I have run many lifts and until I installed this one I thought most were about the same, the engineering and parts used in this kit are awesome. I am here to help get you into a new bumper.
