The first hot day it all fell out. The double sided tape cant take the heat with the zip ties pulling on the blocks. Its all been removed.

Mine kind of did the same thing, I reapplied the blocks this time using Gorrila Glue...rock solid now....although I used the plastic gutter guard from Home Depot...$4

Mine fell out as well so I used 5min epoxy to put them back on. I also had the problem of the paint chipping so I used this spray plastic insted of paint.

i do have an issue on passenger side with the tie down blocks coming off need some glue but here ya go p nasty
