Default Hemi price differences

How is it that there is such a massive price differential between Burnsville and Jeep speed shop? Last I checked, burnsville was 20 grand plus and if I'm reading speed shop correctly, approx 10,500 complete?

Done of the motors are really low. Around 2000 miles.

I'll be keeping an eye on those guys. Plus for the cost of 3500 don't you get all the little parts you need as well?

I've seen swaps for $25k and for as low as $13k. I've also seen do it yourself kits for $5k + the motor.

I see on Burnsville's site they now have a kit for using truck Hemi's.

Used truck Hemi's are even less money to buy and the power band should be better as well for a Jeep.

at least the pricing seems to be headed in the right direction. Ten grand is alot but its a real motor which changes the whole vehicle. I am jonesin' for an 8!

Can anybody give the specific years to look for a 5.7 or 6.1 motor? I've seen a few on ebay and I'm going to check out the junkyard just want to know which ones to look for?
