I used a T-handle that threads into the bumper. Ordered it from RuffStuff. I got my hinge, tire mount, and latching system from them.

Nice bumper neighbor. I'd lke to see it in person some time and maybe take some measurements off of it if you don't mind. I'd like to build something similar

Bone, how much $$ do you have tied up in that bumper? I see your rig around Bentonville all the time. I need to get with you to get a better look at it and possibly some measurements
