Default Installed the MBRP Grill Guard/LIght Bar

Installation instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but once I figured it out the installation was pretty smooth. I think the bar looks great - especially with the IPF driving lights. I also replaced my Hella lights and old rusted brackets with new brackets and IPF lights.

I love the look! Here are some before and after shots.

Im debateing on this bar or a new bumper. I dont want to waste the money if I might end up buying a new bumper that already has a light bar. But I really like this bar.

I was in this boat for a while and then decided to just go with a new bumper with a hoop to get basically the same effect. It's still a really good looking lightbar though.

What did you go with? Im thinking about just dropping the money for the MBRP full bumper. Still that hoop thats why. I want that 2" pipe.

I've had the bar for about a year now.... Chopped the stock bumper at the same time I put the bar in.

Looks great. I have the same bar, really like the look. The only negative is that it is a PITA to try and replace headlight bulbs with this thing. Removing the grill, which used to be easy as pie, is now near impossible without removing the bar. I was able to wedge it open just enough to replace the bulbs, but I don't think I'd be able to do the IPF replacement lens and everything without removing the bar completely to get the grill totally out of the way. I really like the new MBRP bumper with light bar - it looks like it's a little further away from the grill.
