great to hear all are well...
total crap for your jeep-loss...
someone somewhere should take the dealer to task for this...
get on to national chrysler...
tell them you have put your video on you-tube...
tell them it should go viral and ruin their sales...
tell them they need to make amends...it's their dealers fault...
you MUST have some comeback for this...
your wife did nothing...and the jeep burns to the ground... !!!

I did that.
Chrysler sent out their own investigator, their statement is " they are not involved - not a manufacturing issue" No one cares about our loss and the dealer is a stone wall.

Take the video to a news station and tell them your story. See if you can convince them to do an investigative report. That might make the dealer change their tune, and maybe even Chrysler itself. This isn't the first time it's happened either.
I'm off to work again, then shopping for a new ride. I'm thinking of walking into a Toyota dealership for the first time in my life. I'm a solid buy American guy, but the incident and the subsequent treatment from Chrysler & the dealer has shaken.

i'll sign it right away...how many hundreds of JK owners use this resource...
if you hit chrysler with a big list of names you'll not just be a single owner anymore...
look at that quote above...there's one customer who may go to toyota...
you're being dealt with terribly...let's start a movement...
check it out with Wayoflife ... you've nothing to lose...
I've already been interviewed by a local news team. The dealer got word of it and stopped the broadcast.
I've been at this for a month - somebody give me something I haven't tried.
