Get a good spot weld cutter it will make your life so much easier lol. Don't use those spring loaded centre pin ones. They hurt the hand when they skip and go into your palm..... not that im speaking from experience

Are you going to lift it as well or keep it simple for resale?

I have thought about this as well. I think I will get a 2010 Mountain Unlimited and then do the JK8 to my 2007 Sahara. I don't know if the taligate hinge is moved to the bottom, but that is what I plan on doing with mine.
