Just a few pix taken in the fall at the various Jeep plants (past and present) in Toledo. Jeep heaven, some might say.


The sign out in front of the Toledo North Assembly Plant. I tried to park up next to the sign but got the boot from security. I'll try it again next time I roll thru there.




Gives you a better idea of the size of the Jeep sign.


This smokestack is all that remains of the Parkway Jeep plant, where the WWII Willys were built (the Ford Jeeps were built in Dearborn, MI). The rest of the plant (including 2 more smokestacks) was torn down in June 2007.

My wife and I drove past the plant last weekend on our way to Bristol. Nice place but did not want to stop as we were excited to get down to the Nascar stuff.
