Absolutely amazing man!
Just an idea, when you run a tube behind front seats for harnesses I would also throw in some Oh Sh!ts for the people in the rear. The normal grab handles are cool until you flop it and someone doesn't get there hand in..

The earlier pics when you did the side rails had the full green doors and the black top. I actually like it that way it's more wrangler-like. I'm not a fan of all one color, I think there needs to be contrast of some sort.

This is an amazing project. I agree that there is mass market potential for a kit. As to paint, I might look at some vintage Bronco paint schemes and see if any would work.
