It would be tough on steep grades, you could do it but you would have to figure out what gear it wants to pull in and manualy keep it in that gear till you top the grade to keep trans temp down. I would consider gear change youre next mod if you get any trailer. the Livin Lite 10.0 is 1050lbs. from the factory if you load lite you should do ok we were loaded pretty heavy when we went to colorado but we packed for a 3.5 week trip. I know it's a three hour trip but if you want to tow one fully loaded you could drive to toledo and tow mine.

Loveit, I've hadit for over 5 years now and as usual, I've modified it extensively-
It's amazing how much it'll carry and still be completely maneuverable by one man, no matter where you end up-
I've driven into a deadend and couldn't back out, so each time I was able to unhitch the trailer and move aside and stand on end and then backout--great little camper
It'll also float, when loaded-

If one is seriously considering the Mopar one... it's just a Mopar branded Fleetwood (?) trailer. At least I think it was a Fleetwood, with some very minor changes - at close to twice the cost. I'm sure someone on here can confirm which version the Mopar one is based off of.
