This thread reminds me of something I was thinking about last night. I was wondering why SRT's possible direction with the jk has been geared to the street when they just signed on with RE for the long arm suspension. They also have other kick ass companies already dropping in hemi's. So why not build a insane crawler or something of the sort?! That would sell!

The Nashville dealership where I bought my JK had a black unlimited with a similar setup parked out front a couple weeks ago....it was horrid.

 

I saw one like that yesterday at a stop light in Delaware, Black Sahara with the crome grill overlay, big crome wheels and low profile tires, I couldn't stop shaking my head and repeating "that just isn't right". A couple miles up the road I passed a Rubicon Unlimited on 35's and things seemed a little better .

 

How do those qualify as tires? Horrid.
