I was tanking my Jeep up about 2 months ago and this was parked next to me at the gas station. I see it rolling around Baton Rouge from time to time. Always wondered if it was a movie set extra that this guy picked up.
BTW...you shoulda seen the stripperliscious chick that got in the passenger side...daaayum.

I'm doing a design study of modern, rear-engine sports cars compared to their counterparts from the early 80's. I really want it to look like it's gone through the same evolution as every other car. My two main inspirations I've settled on are Lamborghini and Lotus. The new Esprit and Elan concepts, as well as the Gallardo have been big helps in terms of establishing lines and proportions. I'm a little indecisive on the details, though, but it's coming along.
Don't worry so much about the lack of power steering, the real downer of these cars was the fact that they were horribly under-powered. With about a 3 liter v-6 and all Stainless Steel body the thing maxed out at about 110 and had a 0-60 time to match... Around 11 seconds. Great looking car, just never got the engine it needed.

Geez...How many of these replica back-to-the-future cars are there?!!! Had one pass me on I-95 south of Washington D.C. last year. Chased him down and got a cell phone pic but deleted it a while back.
