JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

Just dropped off my Rock Hard cage at the powdercoaters!

That looks sharp.
Do you feel crowded inside the cab with it installed?

I'll have to add it to the list and powder coat it Anthracite Metallic to match the bumpers.

I am serious about doing something to strengthen the sport bar upfront. If someone thinks their winshield will take care of a rollover show them a coulple of these pics. Your improvement could be lifesaving. By the way I talked about doing this last February when someone else installed this cage. On June the 3rd I tested the limits and found out that I need this kind of mod not just for pretty. I hope that no one here at the Forum goes through this kind of wreck. It stopped upside down on the highway with my head on the pavement with no top on it and the passenger side crushed. Here are some pics of what's left of my JK.
WOW!!

Bro, you need to post these pics in every thread dealing with a roll cage to remind people that anything, even a sport cage, is better than nothing. I'm extremely happy to hear you made it out ok.

BTW.....4Wheel Parts will accept their 20% off coupon (good till mid-Julyish) on the Rock Hard cage. I got mine for $480 + tax which is unheard of. In fact, when I talked directly to Rock Hard, they said that price was below the vendor cost. So if you're in the market for this....BUY NOW!!!

The center bars kind of get taking use to. The first time I tried flipping someone off in traffic I smacked my knuckles against it (lesson learned ). But the rest of it blends in to me. I think because I used red to match the Jeep. I also removed the OEM stickers off the bottom of the visor which helps alot I think in not making you feel closed in from top to bottom (at least less than you already are).

How much does the cage weigh? That's moving way up on my wish list.

That's good to know... I was going to consider mocking up something that could simulate the taken space.

It really looks good, I'd image it gives a great sense of protection.

The coupon was posted in the upper right corner of the 4Wheel Parts ad in the latest issue of Four Wheeler. It kind of looks like a 'dog ear' on the corner of the page. They have been running one for the least 3 months in each issue. I think the code is something like 4WOR0709.....try that or see if one of the 4Wheel reps on the forum will honor it.

i found it! 4 wheel parts ad code 4W0809-VALID FROM 6/09 TO 7/06 for 20% off single item. I tried the code on the internet but it wouldnt go through so i called them and spoke with John and he hooked me up with the 20% no problem. i got the cage front and rear with the padding for both on the way. i got the 20% off on the main cage which knocked off $120.00 off the price. wow.

this is VERY cool. will be powdercoating the cage black after a test fit in the jeep. will try to post pics once installed. im still new to the forum and how to put pics in.
