Just finished my 13' Unlimited 2.8 CRD, EU to US conversion
Bought my first Jeep 2 months ago and finally got a shipment of much needed parts! The Jeep is a 13' Unlimted Sahara 2.8 CRD and registered as a 2 seater commercial vehicle because of idiotic Norwegian taxes (a new 5 seater diesel is $130000 fyi).
Today I wen't from this sad looking thing (as bought from dealer):
To this:
Removed the fugly european bumpers, got a set of US ones from "Bloomer" here on the forum. Replaced the low hanging, dragging stock euro tow hitch with a 2" inch tow mount. Teraflex leveling kit, Fuel Trophy 17x8.5 et6 with 285/70r17 Duratracs. This is a conservative build since we have really strict rules for our vehicles here and I'm expecting to be pulled over because of this since I'm pushing it here
Really pleased with the end result!
Next up is a 52" led bar with mounts
