Actually according to multiple websites, the 2013 color Billet doesn't have silver in it at all. It's called billet metallic clearcoat. The 2012 color was called bright silver metallic cleacoat.
Does this sound accurate?

I have a 2014 Unlimited Rubi with the textured black hard top and fender flares...
